![]() Use VS code for text searching across lots of files. Refactoring methods using intellisense Extract Method For some reasons, my favorite shortcut Ctrl + K, Ctrl + C or Ctrl + D no longer works. to bring up the intellisense and select whatever it is similar to "create field and set" and it will auto create the class field or property and set it for you. Ctrl+K, Ctrl+C is a command no longer working in Visual Studio 2010 Asked 9 years, 11 months ago Modified 11 months ago Viewed 30k times 8 I am using Visual Studio and Resharper 8. When adding a new parameter to a class that is injected and will need to be set into a class field or property you can just add it to the constructor parameter by typing the type (ex: IPersonValidator) then hitting space, then tab for the auto variable name, then Ctrl +. navigate to previous files (Ctrl + tab).collapse content in file and uncollapse.ctrl-d, ctrl-o and ctrl-d, ctrl-f Added back in auto roll-up quick option Fixed. create a new item (class, interface, etc) VS.Net only collects pastes from inside Visual studio No way to paste to.all the debugging ones (step over, step into, etc). changed save to be save all instead cuz who actually wants to save only one file.search method names in active document (maybe this is called symbols).sync open document with solution explorer. Also, because of now using VS Code alongside Visual Studio and also debugging in browsers more I have tried to sync up some bindings to be the same across all 3. Rather than they keys specifically, I'll tell you the actions that I've used the most in key bindings. In Visual Studio we have Ctrl + K D which automatically does the formating for you when press these keys. If you are using VSCode in a linux environment, then you can comment multiple lines by either: Selecting a block of code > then, press Ctrl + Shift + A (Block commenting) Or, selecting a block of code > then, press Ctrl + / (Single-line commenting applied to all selected lines) Hope this helps.
